Who is responsible
This website is operated by Stefan Gorgiev, doing business as "Build With Stef", a registered small business (Kleingewerbe) in Germany. Stefan Gorgiev acts as a small-scale entrepreneur (Kleinunternehmer) under § 19 UStG and therefore does not charge VAT.

What information is collected
When you submit the coaching application form, the following details are collected: full name, email address, country, coaching goal, and the message you send.
No additional personal data is collected through the application form.
Why it is collected
Your information is used only to review your application and to respond to you about coaching. It is not sold, rented, or shared for marketing.
Legal basis
Processing is based on your consent when you submit the form and on taking pre-contractual steps at your request (Art. 6(1)(a) and (b) GDPR).
How it is stored
Applications are stored securely in a protected database. Access is restricted to Stefan Gorgiev through a private, password-protected admin area. Data is kept only as long as needed to communicate with you about coaching and can be deleted on request.
Hosting and processors
This website and its application data are operated on Lovable Cloud, the integrated hosting and backend platform provided by Lovable (lovable.dev). The site itself is served through Lovable's global edge network.
Application submissions and the admin login are handled by Supabase, the managed backend that powers Lovable Cloud. The Supabase database and authentication instance for this project is hosted in the European Union.
These providers act as data processors on behalf of Stefan Gorgiev under Art. 28 GDPR. No other third-party analytics, advertising, or tracking services are used on this website.
Your rights
You have the right to access, correct, delete, restrict, port, or object to the processing of your personal data, and to lodge a complaint with a data protection authority.

Language preference
Your selected language (EN or DE) is saved in your browser's local storage so the site remembers it on your next visit. It is not sent to any server.
