Online coaching is a personalized digital service prepared individually for each client. This policy explains how refunds are handled.
Before coaching starts
If you change your mind before your coaching program begins and before personalized plans have been delivered, contact buildwithstef@gmail.com. A refund or reschedule can be arranged in good faith.
After coaching has started
Once your personalized training and nutrition plans have been delivered and coaching has started, payments are non-refundable, because the service has been performed and delivered specifically for you.
EU right of withdrawal
If you are a consumer in the EU and you ask for coaching to begin within the 14-day withdrawal period, you expressly agree that coaching starts immediately and you acknowledge that your right of withdrawal ends once the service has been fully performed.
How to request a refund
Send an email to buildwithstef@gmail.com with your name, the email you applied with, and a short reason for your request. You will receive a reply within a reasonable time.
